Today’s blog about the Great Horned Owls marks my 224th post.
Yes… I checked twice.
Hard to believe, considering I started this journey just last June.

I’ve been writing almost every day, loving every minute of it, and most importantly, learning from you. Your feedback has nudged me toward the next evolution of the blog. Think less construction zone, more photo magazine.

Over the next week, I’ll be working with a consultant to make things cleaner, easier, and more fun to explore. Expect featured content, clearer categories, better navigation, and a layout that helps you quickly find the stories and images that speak to you most.

So for the next few days, the blog will be under construction. It may take the whole week. There might be some sawdust. Possibly a loose nail or two.

But don’t worry. I’ll be back shortly with a fresh new look.
